Well, this is interesting. As the first post of this blog I'd like to say that I am an amateur chef, meaning I eat ramen more than I actually cook something worthy. But I love to cook when I get the time (and money) so I will try to fill this blog with all of my experiments in the world of food; the good and the bad.
